All of our products come with a 2 year warranty, starting from the date your order is shipped from our warehouse. If, within this 2 year period, anything should happen to your product which is out of your control, please contact us as soon as you notice the defect. Each case does need to be investigated individually and in the event of a valid claim we will either:
The warranty above does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior written approval.
Please allow adequate space above your hi-fi equipment for heat ventilation and check your manufacturer's manual for recommendations on effective heat dispersal. Without adequate space this can cause significant damage to both your component and rack. If you own a valve amp, or any other particularly hot component, we highly recommend this component is placed onto a standalone tier or placed on the top tier and not placed on an internal shelf to ensure no damage occurs. Any component that doesn’t have adequate space and causes damage to the rack will not be liable for replacing. Please see FAQs for more information.
Requests to Change or Cancel an Order
If you'd like to amend your order, i.e. change delivery address, add or delete optional extras etc. please contact Hi Fi Racks Ltd and we will cancel or amend your existing order. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Missing, Damaged & Incomplete Orders
If the packaging of any product received appears to be in a damaged condition, you must indicate this on the courier's consignment note when you sign for the consignment. Failure to do so may result in neither Hi Fi Racks Ltd nor our couriers being held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged in transit, you should notify us in writing or via email as soon as possible from receipt of the goods and return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue you with (at your discretion) a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
If the goods supplied to you are faulty or incomplete on arrival (whether or not they were damaged in transit), you must notify us as soon as possible and return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue you with (at your discretion) a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Please note: All product specifications, illustrations, drawings, particulars, dimensions, performance data and other information on the Site or made available by us are intended to represent no more than a general illustration of the goods and do not constitute a warranty or representation by us that the goods will conform with the same.
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you find anything wrong or not to your liking you need to notify Hi Fi Racks within 7 days of receipt should you wish to return the product to us. For standard-sized products, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, less carriage, provided that it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. For bespoke-sized products, we will be happy to refund 50% of the cost of the item (please check your measurements before placing the order), provided that it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be in an unmarked and saleable condition and with its original packaging. You are fully responsible for the safe return of all goods.
Any refund due will be processed within 14 days from the date of the return being processed into our warehouse.
